Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, FL completes the refurbishment of the 70,000 square foot clubhouse

In the fall of 2019, Addison Reserve Country Club opened the newly constructed 35,000 square foot Lifestyle Complex. The hallmark of the complex is the resort style pool that is surrounded by green spaces, The Spa, two story Fitness Center, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Basketball Court and The Grill casual dining restaurant. There is a separate children’s splash pool and adjacent game room with attractions for all ages. Today’s emphasis on health and wellness was the catalyst for this project and members overwhelmingly laud the facilities and aesthetics of the outdoor environment.
Just two years later, we are pleased to announce the “Refresh” of the Clubhouse, which is adjacent to the Lifestyle Complex. Pam Manhas of Manhas Design (http://www.manhasdesign.com), who was instrumental in the design of the Lifestyle Complex in 2019, oversaw the Clubhouse project as well. Her innovative design concepts melded our traditional clubhouse design with contemporary stylings to create classic and inviting spaces for our members, their friends and families to enjoy.
Step into the Clubhouse lobby where one is greeted by a full wall waterfall that reflects the soft, muted blue color palette. In keeping with the aesthetics of the Lifestyle Complex, members will enjoy comfortable seating areas, lushly appointed dining venues and card rooms.
The grand 70,000 square foot clubhouse features the stYr lounge and terrace with indoor and outdoor bar and table seating; Taste dining room; two private dining rooms, El Solano and Floresta; the magnificent wine room, Vault; Men’s and Ladies’ Card Rooms; Media Center and Golf Shop. Steps away from the Clubhouse is the signature waterfall that is next to the putting and chipping areas, full driving range and Bocce Courts.
