The Costa Brava has doubled down on its claims as a world class golf destination with the launch of the new campaign: Live Twice.
As one of the most scenic and unspoilt natural environments in Spain and Southern Europe, the ‘wild coast’ offers nine outstanding golf courses, which already present many tantalising reasons to create an unforgettable break.
But there is plenty more to discover about the region with fabulous culture, superb gastronomy, dazzling beaches, blissful nature, rejuvenating wellness and even the possibility of snow sports to enjoy with the Pyrenees in the backyard.
And in Costa Brava, it means guests don’t need to make choices between experiences or locations and can combine everything in one destination to ‘live twice’, as the new video: Costa Brava: Live Twice adds a real dash of vintage glamour to the destination.
Alongside the wealth of accommodation options, diverse nightlife, easy travel links, great weather and value for money, there are several factors at play as travelling golfers consider their plans for the return of golf holidays.
For golfers, the undeniable jewel in the crown is the outstanding PGA Catalunya, which is a regular haunt for European Tour professionals and has previously hosted the annual battle for European Tour cards at the final stage of Qualifying School.
The famous Stadium course is consistently ranked in the top-10 of Europe and seen by many as the number one course in Spain, while the Tour course is only marginally less challenging, but no less enjoyable with a similar standard of maintenance and quality.
But there is a fabulous selection of courses to choose from: Club Golf d’Aro Mas Nou, Club de Golf Costa Brava, Empordá Golf (Forest and Links courses), Club de Golf Peralada, Golf de Pals, Torremirona Golf Club and a fabulous par-three course Gualta.
A spokesperson for Golf Costa Brava said: “You don’t have to give up anything, or make a difficult choice. In Costa Brava, everything is possible. It’s a region which allows you to enjoy double the experiences with the broad diversity meaning it is possible to enjoy everything in the same trip.
“We’re proud to showcase the region which has so much to offer for golfers and hope the campaign will inspire guests to visit us and discover Costa Brava for themselves.”
